Enterprise technical staff's loyalty is one of hot topics in the study of enterprise management theory.Traditional research on loyalty object more focused on enterprises "core employees",this paper introduces the influence factors of the skilled workers' loyalty to reflect the loyalty of three dimension research framework,the low inspection enterprise technical staff loyalty.By analyzing the influence factors of technical staff loyalty and reflect the loyalty mechanism of three dimensions of sample enterprise technical staff loyalty management countermeasures,and factors affecting technical staff loyalty and the loyalty of relevant features,form new theory study factors affecting the technical staff loyalty.Samples in this paper,the system analysis the connotation of enterprise technical staff loyalty,build technical staff loyalty factor and its dimension of relational model,and combining the sample enterprise research and mean,correlation analysis,the formation of the telecommunications industry competition under the background of the uniqueness of the telecommunication enterprise technical staff loyalty theory.In this paper,we study the sample specifically for the needs of the enterprise management,put forward about the technical staff loyalty salary welfare treatment,interpersonal relationship,development prospects and external factors,personality factors and working properties of six factors,put forward the "fairness,harmony,development,innovation,affection,and reasonable" as the core content of management measures to improve the technical staff's loyalty,this paper studies the enterprise management theory,enterprise management practice of samples of has important research significance.
