The21st century is an era of knowledge economy, the competition betweenenterprises is actually talent competition based on knowledge. One of the mostimportant factors of knowledge type talents to play its role is--employee loyalty, aloyalty to corporate personnel will continue to create value in their jobs. This paperis about the research on the influencing factors of the G company knowledgeemployee loyalty to solve the problem of low loyalty and high turnover rates of theknowledge employee in G company, hope to attract and retain knowledge employeesof G company, create more wealth for the G company, promote G company’scorporate image and social competence.The main idea of this paper as follows: First, starts from theory research, thedomestic and foreign related theory about the knowledge employee loyalty andresearch are reviewed. Secondly, based on the relevant theory and research review,construct a questionnaire about the loyalty of knowledge workers in G company, andthrough empirical research the management of the knowledge staff loyalty of Gcompany to find out problems and analyze the reasons. Finally, according to the Gcompany development needs, gives some countermeasures and suggestions forenhancing the management of knowledge employee loyalty.The study found that, the loyalty of knowledge workers in G knowledge werebelow the average level. Their loyalty to the company is divided into fourdimensions: affective loyalty, normative loyalty, economic loyalty, ideal loyalty.Through the empirical analysis to find out the key factors influencing the knowledgestaff loyalty is the external environment factors, company factors, individual factors.Therefore, this study from the perspective of human resource management, putsforward the management scheme for four stages including recruitment period,working period, turnover incubation period, turnover period respectively for Gcompany knowledge staff loyalty, and put forward some guarantee measures for management scheme from four aspects including support from the top, environmentstructure, communication and coordination, security system.This study will enrich the theory of knowledge management and loyaltymanagement from practice support, at the same time, it provides reference for Gcompany and similar enterprises to improve employee’s loyalty management.
