With the vigorous development of the market economy,the difference of the competition is gradually reduced,the customer’s choice is also more and more big.For trade enterprises,with customers to maintain good relations,has a certain size of the stable customer base,is the key factor in the market competition in an invincible position.Customer relationship management has become an important means of management of many business,is to obtain.maintain and increase a series of profitable customers,make the enterprise and the customer "win-win",to ensure the long-term,stable and sustainable development of enterprises.The article is based on the HF Paper Co as the research object,analyzes the present situation of the management of the company,the company pointed out that there are three big problems in customer relationship management:one is the effectiveness of the new customer development,enterprise development is insufficient;two is the customer to poor maintenance,business risk increase;three is the customer churn rate is high,enterprise the survival of instability.This article through the concrete and in-depth research,find and analyze deeply the reasons of these problems:first,enterprises lack the awareness of customer relationship management,not the construction of customer relationship management system;second,the comprehensive quality of customer relationship management is low,and can not reach the super passenger households expectations;third,customer relationship management and technical means backward,management the quality and efficiency of the low.Aiming at the problems and causes,operating characteristics using the principle and method of customer relationship management combined with the actual business,a series of measures to develop customer relationship management:first,the construction of customer relationship management system,standardize the management system;second,strengthen customer relationship management personnel training,improve the ability of management;third,establish customer relationship management information system,optimization management.Through the implementation of the above strategies,to further enhance the effectiveness of customer management,Paper Co HF customers to develop targeted,enhance process control ability,reduce business risk,improve service quality and customer satisfaction,increase customer loyalty,realize the double win of the enterprise and the customer.
