The enterprise will be confronted with the serious competition in the 21 st century. Only by grasping the customer demand, improving the relation with customer, developing the customer resource efficiently, retaining valuable customers and establishing long-term cooperative relations, enterprises can gain an advantage. The customer relationship management(CRM) is the key of success. Foreign trade enterprises is not only faced with the serious competition and greater operational risks, but also in the management of many problems, such as staff do not have a strong customer service awareness, customer resources are manly concentrated in the hands of clerks, the enterprise have not yet established an effective risk management mechanism. For this reason, we are studying the customer relationship management based on the foreign trade enterprises DMJJ company, achieving the following results:Firstly, on the basis of related literature review on CRM and its comprehensive ability and value creation, we put forward the significance of researching abroad customer relationship management in the foreign trade enterprise of DMJJ company.Secondly, this paper expounds the foreign customers’ sources, characteristics and classification in DMJJ company, analyzes the present situation and problems of foreign customer relationship management exisiting in this company.Again, aiming at the problems of DMJJ company’s foreign customer relationship management, through the analysis of the company’s internal and external driving factor, taking the foreign trade export process as the core, we carry out the optimization design.Finally, we studies the optimization system’ implementation for the abroad customer relationship management of DMJJ company.This article has a certain guiding significane of the decision-making for DMJJ company, to help DMJJ company extricating from the predicament, acclimatizing the unremitting changeable requirements of the market, reducing costs, preventing risks, improving efficiency, optimizing service, upgrading the core competitiveness, and realizing the sustainable development.
