With the development of global economy,China will become the world's largest tourist destination.As one of the three pillars of modern tourism,hotel industry also ushered in the great opportunity.But opportunities and challenges co-exist,the hotel staff turnover is too high,employee education structure and quality is irrational and other factors has become the main factors restricting the development of China's hotel industry.Accordingly,many hotels have cooperated with vocational schools on students internship program.Because it's double identity,interns loyalty and job satisfaction always too low which cause there are many problems about interns management,so,the intern can not fundamentally ease the high turnover rate crisis.Therefore,how to make better manageemngt of interns is one of the core issues currently facing the hotel.Based on literature review,questionnaires,and discussion,combined with the human resource management theory,this paper key to explore intern manageemnt problesms about Zhongwei vocational school's students in Ningxia Wuhuatianyue Hotel and propose the corresponding countermeasures based on high hotel staff turnover.In order to solve the brain drain crisis,the hotel actively carry on cooperation with vocational schools,to receive some interns into the hotel.Even though,the intern turnover rate is still high and there are many problems about hotel intern management which has drawn great attention of the hotel.This paper take the Ningxia Wuhuatianyue hotel interns as research object,compiled the corresponding questionnaire.Based on higher accurate survey data and analysis,this paper want to find the influence factors about hotel professional internship management peoblems,and finally proposed constructive countermeasures to solve it.Through this research,the author hope to establish a effective intern management to get win-win among hotels,vocational schools and individuals with helping to enhance core competitiveness of hotel.
