The hotel industry is known as China’s "sunrise industry". However, staff turnover is high,Staff qualifications structure is irrational, Employees average low quality and other factors faced a serious crisis. Therefore, many hotels prefer to use a college intern. However, the intern as hotel staff in special groups,their loyalty and satisfaction with their work is not better than full-time staff, This gap is closely related to the management of the hotel and universities, Therefore, with the interns becoming one of the hotel, we need more effective management for them urgently. The author attempts to proceed from the psychological state of mind of the intern, trying to analyze intern reason as well as to find effective measures to address the substantial flow of interns.Research background is to establish recruitment in the hotel on the basis of multi-term hotel management intern, Accompanied by the emergence of many of the problems, such as the loss of interns, decreased satisfaction, work motivation decline. I participate in the college-enterprise cooperation between the hotel and college, good role as a bridge between them. Based on this background, I have a certain familiarity with the management system and method for the hotel hiring interns period, for intern management to present some ideas and suggestions.Nearly two years, more students in our college have internship in Shanghai S Hotel, but the mood swings of the interns problem as well as the loss rate has always existed. Therefore, the intern management aspects of the hotel worthwhile improvements. This article make Shanghai S Hotel as a research body, trying to study S Hotel intern reasons for the loss, as well as measures to reduce their turnover rate. The purpose of the author of the study of the human resource management as a project management, is to let practical implementation of the research into the actual intern management, and also to improve the management level of the hotel, reducing interns wastage rates, create more economic benefits for the hotel.
