Research For Establishing The Intern Management System Of Shunhe Hotel Group

With the growing of the number of hotel intern, more and more hotels realized intern management cannot be done at random and simply as before. Shunhe Hotel Group has a huge team of interns, but the intern management system has not been really built up. In the daily management, intern management can only be based on the regulations modified from the existing staff management system simply. How to build a set of the more scientific and standardized intern management system and how to keep the best staff for the hotel is the problem that the senior managers of Shunhe Hotel Group have been hoping to solve.In this paper, the writer analyzed deeply the situation of Shunhe Hotel Group intern management by questionnaires, interviews, and the method of combination of theory and practice and then summed up several important problems in the hotel intern management. Combined with interns’psychological factors, the author analyzed respectively from the interns’psychological pressure and their psychological process changes, and pointed out the necessity to establish the intern management system. The thesis initially established the intern management system from five aspects. They are infiltration system for the corporate culture, training and development system, the incentive system, a system of career planning and the emotional management system. Finally, the paper proposes the implementation measures and evaluation criterion and methods to the intern management system.There is a long way to go for any system’s establishment. It needs improvement and optimization in practice according to the environmental changes. The author wishes to provide help to Shunhe Hotel Group intern management by the study, even an idea and theory reference for the intern management of the whole hotel industry.
