Multi-Agent Participation In Soil Testing And Fertilization Technology Extension In Lin'an

Agricultural development is inseparable from the support of science and technology.The development of agricultural technology has brought new growth points for increasing agricultural production and farmers' income.Agricultural technology extension,as a link between science and technology and agriculture,transforms science and technology into real productive forces.The agricultural extension system established in the planned economy period has been the mainstay of China's agricultural production and rural development.It also has done a lot of work especially in the publicity and implementation of the party and the state building a new socialist countryside policies and policies,agricultural technology promotion and training,enhancing the agricultural science and technology literacy of farmers.However,with the reform of the rural economic system and the adjustment of agricultural structure,the agricultural extension system with the imprint of the era has been far from being able to meet the requirements of modern agricultural development.In the face of the deepening of rural reform,the transformation of agricultural production from "quantity" to "quality",the transformation of agricultural growth mode from extensive management to intensive management,the accelerating pace of agricultural industrialization,the gradual diversification of agricultural technology supply and demand side,the new model,new mechanism and new method of agricultural technology popularization are urgent.This paper combined with the extension of agricultural technology related theory,takes soil testing and fertilizer technology promotion in Lin'an as an example,study the current situation and operational mechanism of multi-subjects participating in agricultural science and technology popularization.This paper argues that the participation of multiple subjects in agricultural technology promotion can effectively promote the transformation of agricultural science and technology into actual productivity and also plays an important role in improving the agricultural technology extension system.In the soil testing and fertilizer technology promotion,there are still insufficient agricultural technical personnel,agricultural services lag,lack of communication and collaboration and other issues.Aiming at the current situation and problems of agricultural technology popularization in Lin'an City,the most important task of strengthening the agricultural technology extension work is to build a diversified agricultural technology extension system with government-led,higher agricultural institutions,farmers' cooperatives and agriculture-related enterprises participating together.
