China and Iran has a history of more than 2000 years of economic and trade exchanges.Even during the international sanctions against Iran,the two countries in the people's livelihood and no interruption in the field of communication.Iran is China's proposed "area" initiative region one of the country.After international sanctions against Iran in January,2016,Xi jinping,chairman of the visit to Iran,will improve the relations between the two countries as a strategic and cooperative partnership,will further promote the growth of trade between the two countries.Many scholars,including the Chinese scholar,also in the positive research of Iran sanctions after era,and comes at a time when China's efforts to build a "area" of,can bring what kind of opportunities and challenges to Chinese companies.This topic takes PZ Co.as the research object,deals in Iran market research and analysis,put forward relevant strategic advice.This article first introduces the research background,purpose and the technical route,as well as the subject of research methods and research content of scholars both at home and abroad;Secondly introduces the internationalization market management theory and tool,focus on the target countries,market analysis and choice;Then using the PEST method to Iran has carried on the comprehensive analysis of collected and sorted,the current situation of Iran's orbit transportation vehicles manufacturing especially listed in the Chinese car related subsidiaries operating in Iran;Then introduces the car of company's strategic positioning for Iran market,and the existing implementation project case analysis;The targeted in Iran market management strategy is put forward,and the research contents of this paper summarized.This topic research has the characteristics of three aspects:the first is the object of study can be combined with the changing times,mainly international sanctions on Iran,China promote the construction of "area";The second is the research content to relying on the working practice,the focus is on combining the company car in the merger,315 subway project execution by PZ Co.;The third is the research results can support enterprise internationalization management,especially for PZ Co.in Iran market strategic Suggestions are put forward.Through this topic research,the author thinks that the United Nations to lift sanctions on Iran,and China all the way "area"initiative of foreign economic and trade policies,business in Iran market in China is a positive role in promoting.But Iran's market is also has certain risk,embodied in the following three aspects:the first is the unilateral sanctions against Iran not to lift,Iran's economic and social environment is quite variable;The second is the international crude oil prices remain low,Iran's national fiscal situation is difficult to change in a short period of time,a large number of economic construction and development is difficult to have the funds safeguard;The third is the Iranian government put forward the development of the local manufacturing industry,to Chinese companies in Iran local production more specific requirements are put forward.How to make full use of the environment is good,combines the actual conditions of their own development,to evade the risk in the market management,formulate feasible market management strategy,is each enterprise must consider in the process of "going out".This topic put forward PZ Co.in the research,has the representative in the field of manufacturing.This topic research,market management for other industries in Iran has certain reference significance.
