Dagang Road Machine's Marketing Strategy Research In The Iranian Market

As Iran is an important strategic market in Middle east for Dagang Road Machinery,especially in the guidance of strategy of the policy of "one road one belt",Iran market has its important strategy position and play the major role in international market. Along with Iran sanction from America has been canceled and Chinese government has pay more attention to Iran and implemented a package of preferential policy,there are a large number of Rural road construction and maintenance projects in Iran.In the mean while,Iranian road construction and maintenance equipment have great market prospect. So, how to quickly expand Dagang brand and application advanced technology and service advantage to rapid occupation Iran market has to be the emergency problems to be solved.This paper integrating the international marketing theory and Iran's situation and current international macro environment,analyzed the problems and marketing situation of Iran.its using PEST analytic approach and five force model to make the further analysis of international marketing environment to obtain the opportunities & challenges and discuss Iran's marketing strategy, then using SWOT analytic approach to put forward the feasible solution selection to provide guidance for exploring Iran market.As there are not any marketing strategy study in Iran for Dagang and even domestic industry of Asphalt road construction equipment in this field in China.This paper of Iran international marketing strategy has a great reference value for Dagang Road machinery and other enterprises.
