WQ Textile Group's Corporate Culture Construction Strategy Research

Corporate culture is the booster of the development of a enterprise,Excellent corporate culture not only to provide a good working atmosphere for employees but also enhance the enthusiasm and creativity of employees.So it plays an important role in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.As a labor-intensive enterprises,with the rapid development of WQ Textile Group in recent years,the development of corporate culture is relatively backward,so it need corporate culture "escort."As the spirituai pillar and cultural security,Enterprise culture is becoming more important to the survival and development of enterprises.It has become the key factor in the rise and fall of enterprises.In this context,the study and application of corporate culture is particularly important.In this paper we use methods of the theory combined with the practice to study of the problem of corporate culture and discusses the WQ Textile Group's corporate culture construction from four aspects:material level,system level,behavior level and spirit level,in order to promote the development of enterprise culture and provide reference for other similar enterprises.The paper is divided into the following parts.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research,Expatiating the,writing frame of the thesis.The second chapter elaborated the basic concept of corporate culture,the structure and function of corporate culture,as well as the status quo at home and abroad.The third chapter introduces the basic situation of WQ Textile Group's,the course of corporate culture construction,and analyzes the present situation of enterprise culture from material level,behavior level,system level and spirit level respectively.The fourth chapter is the analysis of corporate culture of WQ Textile Group's through the questionnaire survey.The fifth chapter puts forward the principle of enterprise culture construction,and then find the corresponding construction strategy from the four levels above.Finally,it summarizes the contents of the research,points out the shortcomings of the research,and puts forward the follow-up research focus.
