As China’s primary energy, coal has accounted for more than60%of the proportion in primary energy consumption structure, it has become an important strategic resource for economic and social development of our country. Recalling previous coal mining enterprises development process, the enterprises are not pay more attention to the cultural construction which resulting in overall coal mining enterprise culture idea is not strong, the normal production of coal mine operation is not guaranteed, and sometimes causing heavy casualties and huge economic losses. In recent years, most of the coal companies began to pay attention to corporate culture, and some coal mining enterprises gradually establish and improve the enterprise’s core philosophy system. However, in the process of building corporate culture, coal mining enterprises still encounter many problems and bottlenecks, thus it has an important theoretical and practical significance to study how to strengthen the cultural construction of coal enterprises.This paper takes HN State-owned Coal Mining Co. Ltd as the research subject. To fi nd the existing problems, a comprehensive analysis on HN corporate culture has been m ake by using a variety of methods, such as questionnaire, staff interviews, literature rese arch, case analysis and other methods. Then an effective solution has been provided to so lve these problems. Hope to resolve the current existing problems effectively in HN ente rprise culture with the designated solutions, so as to further strengthen the core competiti veness of enterprises and stimulate the company to develop further.This study is divided into seven parts, the first part is the introduction which describes the background, significance, research ideas and the framework of the essay; the second part introduces the origins of corporate culture, its characteristics as well as the problems in the development of Chinese corporate culture. The third part is a description of the company’s situation; the fourth part and the fifth part points out the problem in the development of the Henan Shenhuo enterprise culture, and then discusses the problems respectively from the spirit, system, behavior and the material. The sixth part mainly analyzes the Henan Shenhuo enterprise culture development countermeasures and proposes a set of solution construction. The seventh part is the conclusion. |
