Strategic Research On Small And Micro Enterprises In The Industrial Automation Industry Under The New Economic Normal

Xi'an Daer Electrical Engieering Co.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Daer)is a professional service provider for electrical integrated automation.With more and more firece competition and the new economic norm,the management of Daer has become weaker and weaker.In order to adapt to the new economic norm and grasp the initiative in the competition,Daer begins to pay attention to the formulation of corporate strategy,the repositioning of the company,and tries to study the competition strategy for small and micro businesses.From the perspective of strategic management,this paper analyzes the development strategy of small and micro enterprises:the influence factors of development strategy,the choice of strategic mode and the life cycle theory.More attention is paid to the influence of the life cycle theory on small and micro businesses strategy,since it is the theoretical basis for formulating strategy of Daer.On the basis of theoretical analysis and the actual situation of Daer,the internal and external environment of Daer are studied.The new economic norm is the external macroeconomic environment that Daer must face in the first place,as it relates to the positioning and direction of development of enterprises.At the same time,the competition and the development trend of the industry is also analyzed,which is the basis for the formulation of corporate strategy.This paper focuses on the analysis of Daer's internal environment:problems existing in the current management and SWOT analysis.Daer has internal advantages,while the external disadvantages are threatening.This actual situation is base for the formation of company strategy:ignore the overall strategy,emphasize the competitive strategy and weaken the functional strategy.Based on the research,the competition strategy is established for Daer's further development,which has a certain reference for other similar small and micro businesses.
