Research On Operational Risk Management Of Bank A Jinan Branch

With the rapid development of social economy and the financial system is increasingly perfect,the financial industry in recent years of operation gradually standardized,but the market environment and financial environment the myriads of changes,increasingly fierce competition,banks are still facing some operational risk,the operation risk analysis,and put forward the corresponding preventive strategy,system can not only prevent operational risk commercial banking operations,to promote the healthy development of China's financial industry.Ji'nan branch of A bank is a state-owned joint-stock commercial banks,although through a system of perfect reduced operational risk,but the face of A bank Ji'nan branch of the internal and external situation is still very grim,in terms of operational risk,mainly in the management of the existence of loopholes in management process still needs to be further improved,operation is very complex.The corresponding operations are the lack of security measures to improve the A bank Ji'nan branch is an urgent need to improve the operation,reduce the operation risk.This article takes A bank Ji'nan branch behavior research object,through literature research method,on-the-spot investigation method and so on.A bank Ji'nan branch itself and its current operational risk management measures were analyzed,and the internal and external environmental situation was analyzed comprehensively by using SWOT analysis method.Then the evaluation analysis of Ji'nan branch of A bank's operational risk management process is not perfect,there are loopholes in the law,in the management of the operating system operation process is complicated and the lack of relevant issues related to operational security measures.Finally,through the comprehensive consideration of the operational risk management environment faced by A bank Ji'nan branch,the operational risk control scheme of A bank Ji'nan branch is designed.Analysis of main risks facing A bank jinan branch,the secondary risk factors and the lowest degree of risk factors,and to optimize the operation risk management process,the blocking operation management loopholes,optimize banking operation system process,to accelerate the process of electronic bank to avoid information transmission distortion risk measures to control and improve it.And put forward corresponding safeguard measures from four aspects of organization,system,culture and personnel.Through this research we can see that Ji'nan branch of A bank to take effective measures to avoid financial risk plan,to reduce the losses and the bank may improve the utilization of funds,is of great significance to the development of the bank.On the other hand,it can regulate the scientific and planning activities of A bank Ji'nan branch daily operation,greatly increase the speed of bank capital flow,and finally realize the promotion of bank profitability.
