Research On Operational Risk Management In Zhangjiajie Branch Of CCB

Recent years in our country, the frequent occurrence on risk loss accident means that the operating risk has become a threat to the steady development of banking industry. However, in our country banking system,the understanding of the operation risk is not comprehensive yet.There is only a shot period since we started to research it. Our management method has a large difference between the international method, and our management experience is insufficient. Under such a background, this paper try to use the zhangjiajie branch as an example analyse the existing problems of our country’s commercial bank operation risk management skills and set up an advanced operation risk management system.The paper first expounds the definitions, classifications, general pattern and the metric method of operating risk,then explain the operation risk management of construction bank branches zhangjiajie and anlysis the reason which caused the risk loss events happening using the related theory of operation risk analyses. Based on this, the paper concludes the existing problems of the risk management in zhangjiajie branch of recent3years. Finally, through using the spirit of Basel with concrete operating risk management methods, the paper gives the suggestion on the operation risk control system of zhangjiajie concrete plan.
