Study On Soybean Production Efficiency Of New Agricultural Management Main Body In Nenjiang County Of Heilongjiang

Soybean is an important point of structural reform of agricultural supply side.China's soybean industry is facing the situation of "high import","high inventory" and "low efficiency",and the root cause is the high production cost and the lack of international competitiveness.At the same time,China's new agricultural business entities in the booming development,the scale of the expansion,the rapid increase in the number of China's grain will be the main force.At present,China's main soybean production is mainly undertaken by the new agricultural business entities.As for the research of soybean production efficiency,the first is to analyze the characteristics of the organization and find out its advantages.Two is helpful to find the main factors affecting its production efficiency.To solve the problem of "who will grow soybeans," to solve the problem of who is more suitable for soybeans.In this paper,the concept of productive efficiency is discussed in many ways,which is divided into relative efficiency,absolute efficiency and organizational efficiency.In the calculation of the relative efficiency,introduced the data envelopment analysis(DEA),the calculation of main business comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency,scale efficiency and returns to scale stage in the group,in the group ahead compared to the average;in the calculation of the absolute efficiency,the use of labor productivity and land output rate of two in the calculation of indicators;the organization efficiency,the income change brought by the elimination of various types of business entities to organizational characteristics,to explore the efficiency of the real situation.The following conclusions are drawn:The highest efficiency of family farms.Not only can play the advantages of family management and intensive and meticulous farming,by means of mechanical realization of scale planting.From the income point of view,the normal year its income is equal to or greater than the local average wage level,can be a family of farmers to grow as a career,the average annual investment cost of 130 thousand yuan,low threshold;planting cooperatives obvious advantages.Their advantage lies in the centralized purchase of production materials,low cost of agricultural materials,easy loans.High level of mechanization,labor productivity is much higher than other business entities;large farmers and ordinary farmers in a transitional stage,the family will gradually transform into a family farm,ordinary farmers eventually be replaced by the other three types of scale operators.In the future,there may be only two main operating areas in Nenjiang,namely,family farms and cooperatives,a representative of the best form of family management,a representative of large-scale,mechanized production of the optimal form;rent cost is too high to seriously affect production efficiency.For operators of scale,the cost of land rent accounted for the vast majority of the total cost,due to the cost of their own organizational advantages brought about by the high cost of rent;state subsidies constitute the basic income of growers.In normal years,if there is no subsidy,growers can earn very little income,especially in the year of disaster.However,the issue of agricultural subsidies on the issue of the object,did not achieve who farming,who benefit,the original intention,the effect of subsidies greatly reduced.Finally,according to the above problems,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to cultivate professional farmers,change the way of agricultural subsidies,and carry out land trusteeship services.
