With the development of technology and the process of economic globalization,chinese enterprises are facing increased internal and external competition.However,the coming of the knowledge economy time requires enterprises to focus on soft power competition.Staff training is a principal means for human resource development and management in an enterprise which can cultivate high-qualified human talents team to realize the strategic target and improve the production benefit for enterprise,has received increasing attention and concern in most enterprises.M Group,as a leading state-owned enterprises in Shizuishan city,in order to enhance the core competitiveness itself,investment of staff training is increased ceaselessly in recent years.On the basis of practice,a staff training system to make their training institutionalized,standardized and systematized has been established with their reality gradually.However,by the influence of subjective and objective factors,the staff training system of M Group is still problematic,such as the training concept of some managers and general staff members is not accurate,training related system is not perfect and not supporting,training operation management needs to be strengthened,etc.This paper makes a detailed analysis to the composition of the current staff training system of M Group,focusing on the implementation and the existing problems of the staff training system by questionnaire,interview,case analysis,etc.Using the knowledge of human resources management to divides the content of staff training system of M Group from three aspects:resource reservation,operation flow,system and guarantee conditions,and make it the basis to propound the proposal for optimizing the staff training system while providing constructive suggestions for M Group's future staff training.
