Enterprise training refers to the targeted learning of employees.The forms of enterprise training are various,mainly to improve the professional skills or theoretical knowledge reserve of employees and facilitate the work of employees.In addition,enterprise training can also improve employees' work attitude,and help employees to define the business purpose and development direction of the enterprise,so as to determine their own work direction.Enterprise training can help employees mobilize their enthusiasm and improve their performance.The growth and development of an enterprise can not be separated from the efforts of every employee.Only by developing the working strength of every employee can an enterprise develop continuously.The main content of this paper is to put forward more strict requirements for the development and training of human resources in the development of electric power industry in the new situation.It studies K company,a state grid collective enterprise,by means of questionnaire survey,literature research and statistical analysis.First of all,consult a large number of information about the restructuring of collective enterprises and staff training,and then carry out a questionnaire survey on the system and status quo of K company's staff training,and make statistical analysis on the survey results.This questionnaire survey is conducted on the questionnaire star app,which includes the basic information of employees,the existing employee training system,training methods,training status and training needs of K company.Through the research,we find that K company has many problems in the current employee training system,such as the lack of awareness of employees' participation in training,the lack of satisfaction of employees' training needs,the single training form and source of teachers,the inconsistency between training courses and contents and the company's needs,the lack of training funds,and the imperfect training effect evaluation system.The reasons for these problems are the poor training environment,the lack of training atmosphere,the imperfect training organization system,the imperfect rules and regulations,and the insufficient incentive measures of the enterprise itself.According to the above problems and causes,with the help of the theoretical basis of employee training,this paperputs forward the principles of optimizing the employee training system of K company,that is,the principles of combining the training system with the company's development strategy,the principles of applying the training methods to the characteristics of power grid construction enterprises,and the principles of guiding and encouraging employees to realize their self-worth.And from the four aspects of training demand,training content,training form and employee training effect evaluation system,this paper puts forward the specific optimization scheme of K company's employee training system.so as to improve the existing employee training system of K Company and improve the training effect.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the above optimization program,this paper puts forward safeguard measures from four aspects of organization,fund,system and personnel as the support of the implementation of the program.
