Research On Agricultural Information Construction In Guizhou

With the development of social and economy,information technology has been development rapidly all over the world,and formed an industry gradually——the information-technology industry.The information-technology industry can be applied to many industries,and by virtue of its attributes to promote the development of this industries,including agriculture.According to Marx's theory of production,"the purposeful activity or labor itself","the materials of labor" and "the objects of labor" are three basic elements of the productive forces in the labor process,and many factors such as the application of science and technology can improve the productivity.Information technology as a kind of science and technology,its use in agriculture can promote agricultural development,increase farmers' income and develop the rural economy.However,there are still some problems such as low cultural quality of farmers,low utilization rate of agricultural informatization machinery and lack of effective development of agricultural information resources in Guizhou agricultural informatization construction.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to actively research the current situation of Guizhou agricultural informatization construction and put forward the effective optimization policy.Based on Marx's theory of production and Cobb-Douglas production function,after reading a large number of literatures and analyzing the development of agricultural informatization comprehensively,this thesis analyzes the present construction of agricultural informatization of Guizhou in four aspects: the construction of information network infrastructure,the construction of information service system,the construction of information service promotion channel and the construction of electronic product sales platform.After analyzed the current construction of agricultural information in Guizhou,then measure the level of agricultural informatization in Guizhou from 2003 to 2015.At present,there is no authoritative method to measure the level of agricultural informatization,on the basis of analyzing and drawing lessons from others scholars,this thesis selected Borat method to measure the level of agricultural informatization of the first agricultural information department and the second information department in Guizhou,and by way of summation to measure the level of agricultural informatization,the results show that the level of agricultural informatization in Guizhou is increasing from 2003 to 2015.The purpose of agricultural information construction is to enhance the agricultural productivity and improve the income of farmers,thus,the analysis of the construction of agricultural informatization which has influences on agriculture economy is necessary for the overall evaluation on the results of Guizhou of construction of agriculture information.Therefore,based on the measured level of agricultural information in Guizhou,the evaluation model of efficiency of agricultural informatization can be established by using the Cobb-Douglas production function,then can measure the influence of agricultural informatization on agricultural output.Finally,based on the analysis results,found the problems in the construction of agricultural informatization in Guizhou and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
