As the key supervision industry in China,the management level of Drugs Circulation Enterprise determines whether it can survive in the increasingly stringent management regulations in China,as one of the core management of enterprise management,and also determines whether enterprises can operate well.Therefore,this paper hopes to improve the adaptability of Drugs Circulation Enterprise to our policy environment through the research of warehouse management of Drugs Circulation Enterprise,also improve the management level of enterprises and improve their business ability.Through the analysis of the situation of individual enterprises combined with the problems of enterprise warehouse management,this paper takes the McKinsey 7s model,analyzes the warehouse management of Drugs Circulation Enterprise from the whole to part of the analysis,according to the strategic objectives of 7s model determine the system,analyzes the problems of Drugs Circulation Enterprise system.Through the enterprise culture construction to improve the centripetal force,through the skills training to improve the adaptability of enterprise employees,through reference to the employment standards of warehouse management personnel and through Maslow's hierarchy of needs analysis to solve the liquidity of warehouse managers,or difficult to recruit employees.At the same time,combined with 7s model,the enterprise strategy,organizational structure,system,personnel,skills,comprehensive analysis to solve the local problems of warehouse management,and build corporate culture,warehouse management or warehouse management related and unrelated issues,can also be solved through employee subjective initiative.
