Research On Improvement Of Supply Chain Management In Biopharmaceutical Enterprises

The purpose of this paper is to optimize the management of supply chain in biopharmaceutical enterprises.In recent years,the domestic bio-pharmaceutical industries have been booming,but also appeared many problems in the development.Take A pharmaceutical enterprise studied as an example in this paper,although with up to 100 drug approval number,but The demand for drugs is "small and diverse" situation,which brought high inventory and production line exhausted,therefore,need a suitable production management system and operation mode to solve this problem.Based on the situations,this paper aims to improve the production efficiency by optimizing the production supply chain.In research methods,this thesis breaks through that supply chain management generally believed stereotypes,can not be used in the pharmaceutical companies,through case study on supply chain management operation,which provides a reference model of enhancing management efficiency and strengthening competitiveness so as to enter the global supply chain system for the industry division.In the specific content,through the establishment of a set of management pattern in the biological pharmaceutical industry,namely the Operation Standard for Supply Chain Excellent,the sales plan,master production scheduling,material requirements planning,a production scheduling plan and site management integration in this systemThrough the use of this model,in this case,the enterprise achieved a non-significant increase in the cost at the same time,efficiency can be improved,while its inventory costs can be reduced,and eventually improved customer satisfaction.Through the demonstration,the conclusion of this paper is that the use of information system management concepts and methods,whether ERP or SCM,will bring considerable cost-effectiveness for the biopharmaceutical industry.
