| Under the competing environment of agility and Internet, Enterprise ResourcePlanning(ERP)is researched and used widely by enterprises. It is more important forIT enterprises to apply ERP in order to face fierce competition.Based on the enterprise strategy and applying of ERP, this dissertation mainlydiscusses ERP's realization. Those methods such as combining system analysis withpractice are used in this dissertation. By reforming all kinds of resources andoptimizing the value chain in IT market, we can evaluate customers'satisfaction andfaithfulness and enhance the core competitive power in the end. The dissertationparticularly analyzes and discusses the key actors, processes and evaluation whenputting ERP in practice.In order to solve the problem of W corporation's unsuitable MRPII systemwhich can't meet the enterprise's rapid development and enhance the enterprise'scompetitive ability, this dissertation studies the W corporation's ERP realization.According to W corporation's actual situation, on the basis of the massive materialsand the on-the-spot investigation analysis, this dissertation uses the EnterpriseResourcing Planning theory and management theory. This dissertation analyses theeffectual demand to actualize ERP in W Corporation , the ERP software selection,the realization process and the evaluation of ERP realization effect in W Corporation.The main results are listed as follows:(1)On the basis of ERP theory, the dissertation proposes the method of ERPsoftware selection and the method of ERP realization steps.(2)According to W corporation's actual demands, the dissertation uses ERPsoftware selection method to select Oracle Applications R11i for W corporation anduses ERP realization step method to guide W corporation to realize OracleApplications R11i successfully.(3)The dissertation uses Oliver Wight's ABCD appraisal model to evaluate Wcorporation's ERP realization effect. Also it provides the reference for the Wcorporation's ERP improvement. |
