Study Of The Influence Mechanism Of Logistics Capability On Supply Chain Capacity In Household Appliances Industry

The main competition in21st century is not the competition among enterprises any longer but the competition among the supply chains, so supply chain has become a hot research point. Supply chain performance evaluation serves as a foundation for the stakeholders to evaluate the supply chain and to make decisions. Measuring the performance of the supply chain is concern of the participant enterprises of supply chain and other external stakeholders. In our country, the competition of household electric industry has reached a white-hot level, household electric industry has changed from ’demands exceeds supply’ into oversupply, major brands are facing both domestic trouble and foreign invasion, under these pressures, the enterprises in household electric industry are all looking forwards to relying on the supply chain management to promote competitiveness.Logistics is the difficult and crucial part of supply chain for the supply meeting. Logistics capabilities are the quantization and evaluation of logistics services. Based on supply chain the ability of logistics has greatly affected the supply chain performance, as well as the competitiveness of the supply chain, this paper is to study how logistics role in the competitiveness of supply chain and give some suggestions which can be used for reference.Supply chain performance evaluation system has been relatively mature. This paper takes supply chain performance as intermediate variables, using structural equation model, establishing relationship between logistics capability and supply chain competitiveness. Through survey to collect data, then this paper focuses on the influence made by logistics ability on the competitiveness of the supply chain, and reveals the impact of logistics ability on supply chain performance meanwhile.The papers generally include the followings.Part Ⅰ:Introduction. Raising questions, the meaning of this study, frameworks and elaborating the findings.Part Ⅱ:theoretical basis. Study on capability of logistics, supply chain, supply chain competitiveness, supply chain performance, and other relevant theory, the theoretical study and the status quo, for the producing of the follow-up theoretical model.Part Ⅲ:Analyze the relationship among logistics capability, competitiveness of the supply chain and supply chain performance and ultimately construct the structural equation model. The logistics capability and supply chain performance should have same change direction, as well as it with the competitiveness of the supply chain. Part Ⅳ:Empirical analysis. Through the indicators selection of capability of logistics, supply chain performance, supply chain competitiveness respectively, design a questionnaire, and collect data. Test theoretical analysis through structural equation model.Part Ⅴ:Conclusions and recommendations:analyze the conclusions drawn from this paper and point out the deficiencies and needs improvement.From both qualitative and quantitative way, this paper studys the impact of logistics capability on supply chain performance and competitiveness of the supply chain, which provides a new perspective for related businesses. The conclusions of this paper, provide a reference to the supply chain enterprises to assess supply chain operations, the data used to prove the important role of logistics capacity, improve the ability of the logistics business-to-degree of attention and accurately find a breakthrough in upgrading the logistics capabilities to further improve supply chain performance, to Enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain.
