Supply chain system is a complex functional network structure, and should pay more attention to cooperation and coordination among members of the system. The way to do with the supply chain disruptions is to increase the supply chain resilience. How to use effective measures to increase the supply chain resilience to reduce the cost of supply chain disruptions is an urgent problem. In this background, this paper studies the coordination mechanism of supply chain resilience based on supply disruption.First, this thesis perfects the theory of supply chain disruption risk management, supply chain coordination management system through reading a large number of literatures, and focuses on the supply chain resilience.Through classifying the existing literatures, this paper defines the concept of supply chain resilience scientifically and constructs a set of comprehensive index system of supply chain resilience, and puts forward a systematic method to improve the supply chain resilience.Second, this paper studies a two-level supply chain by supplier and retailer.Retailer as a core enterprise implements two different coordination strategies to manage the supply stability level, one is for the order quantity and the unit subsidy price and the other is for the order quantity and the cost input subsidy. In this paper, the Stackelberg model is used to obtain the decision variables under the two different coordination strategies. Finally, the case study shows that with the market demand fluctuations b increasing, the retailer as the decision maker tends to use the order quantity and cost subsidy to stimulate the supplier to increase the input so that the supply will not be interrupted. The results of this study can better guide the supply chain enterprises to reduce the risk of supply disruption. |
