Research On The Construction Of Corporate Culture:Based On The Orientation Of Corporate Strategic Goals

Since China’s entry into WTO at the beginning of the new century, the domestic economic situation and business environment have changed dramatically. With the development of knowledge economy, the construction of corporate culture has become increasingly important to the rise and fall of a company. To some extent, in the21st century, the competition between enterprises is actually the competition of corporate culture construction. Therefore, in order to get a steady stream of power for the right development of enterprises, for companies in their development stage, the priority should be to set clear strategic goals, formulate corresponding system of corporate culture construction which should be put into the total strategic plans and implement with steady steps.This dissertation mainly discusses the SV Company as a sample in the small and medium-sized private enterprises. Thus we take a deep investigation of the status quo of SV Company’s enterprise culture construction, and analyze problems in the implementation of development strategies existing in the process of specific issues, from the reality of the market environment of the combination of corporate strategy and enterprise culture theory, and the level of enterprise production and management practice. Based on the key research which is focused on the relationship between enterprise strategic objectives and enterprise culture construction and a vast amount of literature, we discussed the SV company’s enterprise culture construction based on the strategic goal orientation system, and combined with the reality summarizes corporate culture construction system established in operation guarantee mechanism, thus to guarantee the implementation of corporate strategy and achieve the long-term strategic goals. Through the research of the typical small and medium-sized private enterprises--SV Company, we design a corporate culture construction system based on the strategic orientation, we reckon that it can give a great direction to improve the management level of SV company, and promote the enterprise development.
