Along with the global greenhouse effect and the scarcity of energy crisis,energy saving and emission reduction to achieve sustainable development in China is imperative,the electric power industry has become the main industry of resource consumption and carbon dioxide emissions.However,the introduction of market mechanism in power industry,electric power industry regulation by means of market economy and energy saving low carbon emission characteristics,which is the main form of generation right transaction,the implementation of the power system,which is based on the unit power plant or between the different cost of power generation,different carbon emission characteristics or different energy consumption,to own all or part the transferee transaction contract.Bring some influence but power right transactions is bound to the operation of the power system,in this paper based on the static voltage stability of the system,taking into account economic,multi-objective generation right transaction subject of low carbon and energy efficiency studies.On the basis of existing generation rights trade theory,establishes a multi-objective model for generation rights trade to generation right transaction of social benefits and carbon emissions and fuel consumption as the goal,in the introduction of the traditional power flow constraints at the same time,considering the system static voltage stability margin,line congestion and reduce energy consumption the proportion of the constraints,at the end of the power generation unit power trading market participation system was modified,so as to guarantee the system to achieve the optimal comprehensive performance of generation rights trade in safe operation.The proposed model is a multi-objective optimization problem with large scale,multi data,equality constraints and inequality constraints.In this paper the normal boundary intersection(Normal Boundary,Intersection,NBI)method and the predictor corrector interior point method for power generation right trading model target Titus optimization.The single objective optimization by NBI method firstly,the multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into the largest distance vector projection method,and then use the predictor corrector interior point method for distance vector projection the largest single objective optimization problems,can quickly and efficiently obtain the Pareto optimal solution for multi-objective optimization,using double points method the linear weighted compromise the optimal solution set of Pareto optimal solutions.At the end of the IEEE30 node example.Simulation results verify the proposed optimization algorithm for fast and effective to solve the multi-objective optimization problem of the generation right transaction,the optimization results show that the proposed generation right transaction model has good practical value for the generation right transaction.
