Research On The Calculation Of Economic Benefits Of Civil Aviation Energy-saving And Emission-reduction Projects

In order to realize the sustainable development, at present our country has put energy-saving emission reduction as an important measure to change the mode of economic growth. C ivil aviation transportation industry as a high energy consuming industries, its energy saving potential and heavy tasks, carry out the relevant departments have issued a series of policies to promote energy-saving emission reduction projects of civil aviation. Because of the particularity of these projects, on the one hand, the energy saving and emission reduction is also reduce the operation cost, which brings economic benefits for civil aviation transportation industry and promotes the sustainable development of civil aviation transport industry; on the other hand, the civil aviation transport industry plays an important role in the production, circulation and consumption link, and has strong connection to the national economy. So the implementation of energy-saving emission red uction projects will drive the development of relevant industries and regional economy, and bring greater contribution to the national economy. The economic benefit of civil energy-saving emission reduction projects is first comprehensively measured, and a more scientific method for the calculation of economic benefit is provided, effectively; at the same time, technical support to aviation units to improve the economic efficiency of project, and the policy- making basis for energy saving and emission reduction amount of funds the country put in civil aviation industry are provided. Therefore, the economic benefit is respectively estimated from two aspects: the direct economic benefit brought to the civil aviation transport industry, and indirect economic benefit brought to the whole national economy.Firstly, the existing research results about economic benefits of energy-saving emission reduction is reviewed, and the present situation of energy saving emission reduction of civil aviation of China is analyzed to clear the current problems the energy saving and emission reduction in C hina’s civil aviation is facing. Secondly, based on the existing research results at home and abroad, the economic benefits of energy-saving emission reduction projects of civil aviation is divided to direct economic benefits and indirect economic benefits, and the calculation model is constructed. Again, to be based on reality, civil aviation energy-saving emission reduction projects in North C hina area are took as an example to estimate the direct and indirect economic benefit. Finally, according to the calculation results on economic benefits of civil aviation energy saving and emission reduction, some advices are put forward to improve the economic benefit of civil aviation energy-saving emission reduction projects from civil aviation units and the government’s point of view.
