With the gradual development of mass tourism market,tourism tends to be intelligent and networked,intelligent tourism,smart city and the construction of intelligent public service system has become a hot topic in tourism development.As a national strategic pillar industry,and tourism as a part of public life,tourism market shows features as popular,individual and personalized.With the rapid increase of tourist population,tourism has been paid more and more attention by governments at all levels.The wisdom of tourism and the transformation and upgrading of wisdom tourism public services have become the focus of attention.Since 2012 the National Tourism Administration announced the first batch of wisdom tourism cities,the construction of the wisdom of tourism public service broke through the traditional limitations,with the help of the new information technology,cloud computing,big data technology and wisdom tourism construction,optimize and integrate tourism resources,regulate tourism management,change to the modern service industry,has become the industry leader and guide the future development of tourism public service orientation.Every city builders are actively thinking,combined with the characteristics of each city,design and explore the development of the wisdom of tourism public service information path,in order to inject new vitality into the wisdom of tourism and even the regional economic development.With intelligent tourism public service as a part of the construction of smart tourist city,intelligent tourism public service information is the key to the transformation and upgrading of tourism.Based on the study of a large number of literature and field experience in Luoyang,according to the actual situation of Luoyang wisdom tourism city construction,this paper selects Luoyang wisdom tourism public service information as the research object,and can be divided into seven parts as the introduction,researches at home and abroad,related concept,typical cases,the shortcomings on the construction of Luoyang wisdom tourism public service the information,future improvement,summary and prospect.Luoyang city is one of the eight ancient capital cities in China,a perfect combination of ancient capital culture,natural resources and modern technology,the birth of wisdom tourism public service development,rich cultural heritage and natural resources increase the cultural connotation and unique creativity wisdom of Luoyang tourism,and carries forward with the help of modern technology.This is the important reason why the thesis chooses Luoyang as the research object of the intelligent tourism public service information.Based on the analysis of Luoyang wisdom tourism public service information construction,this paper further clarifies the concept of the wisdom of tourism public service,seizes the core essence,which makes the construction of Luoyang wisdom tourism public service information adapt to the direction of the wisdom of tourism development.Realizing that the wisdom of Luoyang tourism public service information is the perfect product of profound historical culture and wisdom tourism demonstration city construction has important guiding significance to other ancient cultural tourism city wisdom tourism public service construction.Secondly,this paper draws lessons from typical operated,and actively explores the use of a new generation of information technology and the Internet big data technology,with the effective integration of tourism management,tourism service and tourism marketing,has launched the construction scheme of the wisdom of tourism public service 1 and 2.The construction of Luoyang wisdom tourism public service has been unanimously recognized both inside and outside the province,and in 2014 Luoyang was named as China’s top ten smart tourist city,becoming a demonstration city in Henan.The wisdom of tourism public service information of Luoyang City pushes a variety of display to tourists,tourism enterprises and tourism management departments mainly through the active perception,collection and analysis of the wisdom of tourism public service information on the wisdom of tourism public service platform.Based on the deep analysis of the construction of Luoyang wisdom tourism public service information,this paper objectively evaluates the Luoyang.Vigorously promote the construction of information infrastructure,build a comprehensive database on the sharing of data resources of tourism resources,with the help of cloud computing,networking,Internet and big data technology,through the collection,analysis,tourism related data mining,forecasting and management,constructs of wisdom tourism platform with tourists’ demand in center,really plays the convenient and intelligent of the wisdom tourism,increases tourist information availability and tourism product supply service ability,enhance the level of tourism information in Luoyang city.Through development concept of public participation and grasping condominium,constantly optimize the tourism market environment,care both development and protection of the ancient city,with advanced technology,strengthen the construction of the wisdom of tourism data center and professional personnel training mechanism,by means of a variety of services,build operation analysis and the decision support platform of the construction of the wisdom of tourism public service information on the wisdom of tourism public service,lay the foundation for the promotion of coordination linkage of hotels,scenic spots and transportation,data sharing and emergency safeguard mechanism.
