At present,many domestic provinces and cities are actively promoting intellectual development of tourism,implementing it to the construction of wisdom resort,such as the Jiuzhaigou,Huangshan,Gulangyu and other large numbers of scenic.Wisdom scenic is one of the core content of the construction of Wisdom tourism,because it is not only the most important tourist attraction,but also the central location where can enhance the travel experience for tourists.The main factors affecting the tourist experience is the scenic tourist information service system,to explore the wisdom scenic information service model will not only enhance the tourists' experience,but also good for the development of their wisdom scenic management and tourism-related businesses.However,at the level of theoretical research,the construction of public information service under the wisdom of travel content on fuzzy background and the tourism public information services and tourism e-commerce confused with each other,resulting in the wisdom scenic information services and the provision of the subject is not clear.So the wisdom scenic information service is still in the “trial stones empiricism state”.This paper simultaneously use the case study method and the grounded theory methods to research Jiuzhaigou and Gulangyu,the two most representative scenic spots,to explore the wisdom scenic Information Service Mode.Firstly,this paper defines the relevant concepts of the wisdom scenic information and then reviews the relevant literature.According to a certain percentage,the researcher gets a large collections of original information about the Jiuzhaigou and Gulangyu scenic spot through field visits,networks,journal articles,newspapers and other channels.Further,the researcher begin to open coding,selective coding and coding theory base on the classic grounded theory method.Through rooted analysis,the paper preliminary draw 15 categories,draw two main category after further investigation,and finally use the “ Coordination Mechanism”to analyze the core category for all other areas.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the core category and other key aspects,the paper constructs the Wisdom Scenic Information Service Model,which is the Demand-guide,technology support,integration of the public information services and e-commerce of an information service model,and the “integration” as used here in refers to the use of certain coordination mechanisms to implement the service "synergy".Then the paper analysis the Wisdom Scenic Information Service Model from five parts,as the Demand-led,technology support,public information service,e-commerce service,and the coordination mechanism.And the paper analyze the the advantage of this kind of wisdom resort information service model.Finally,this paper make a summarize of the research,and pointed out the shortcomings and future research directions.
