Research On Z Bank Channel Construction Project Management Internet Financial

In recent years,the Internet industry developing rapidly,the Internet financial represented by information technology,has a strong impact on traditional financial sector.The advantage of the traditional financial industry is: through economies of scale to reduce transaction costs;professional information processing capabilities.The rise of Internet applications,allowing the two advantages are being challenged.The main reason is: on the one hand high efficiency,convenient Internet business to a certain extent,its marginal cost is almost zero,so profit margins may increase rapidly.On the user experience more human,information collection,processing cost will be greatly reduced.On the other hand rely on large data,mobile communications and other modern information technology to support intelligent business information mining,to obtain useful knowledge to support the decision.Previously,past with artificial processing part of the business,such as credit management,can be automatically completed by the computer according to the predetermined algorithm,model or other means,thereby improving the operational efficiency,saving the cost of human resources.Because of the existence of the above factors,in order to raise the balance of treasure,all small loans,the public,such as P2 P is representative of the emerging Internet financial model to flourish.In a certain extent,it will led to the traditional financial institutions,such as commercial bank disintermediation.Therefore,in the context of Internet banking,commercial banks need to upgrade,develop appropriate development strategies to maintain long-term core competitiveness.This dissertation with Z bank as the research object,in the context of the Internet on channel transformation based on the review of related theory,through the study of Z bank implementation of channel transformation in the process of channel reengineering method,implementation of the road,performance evaluation and of bank Z channel construction further optimization of comprehensive research and exploration ideas.The purpose is to provide a solid theoretical support and methodological reference for the China's commercial banks in the future construction of channels.
