Enterprise's development cannot leave the choice of the market direction,more of the continuous improvement of the internal system and optimization.The continuous development of market economy has provided a clear direction for the modern enterprises,also brought its internal improvement direction,which's named by how to meet the market changes under the premise of constantly,to improve their own internal systems.As a key link in the enterprise human resources management,compensation management system determines the efficiency of the enterprise and the allocation of resources.And it's also a key link of enterprise's access in competition.Compensation management theory and method is applied in this article by analyzing the management status of rewards for A Sports Management Center.By means of A Sports Management Center of the current human resource salary management system diagnosis,with different payment duty,it has been found rank evaluation to problems,such as lack of unified standard,on the basis of enterprise development strategy has been optimized for the original compensation management problems.In order to design a scientific optimized scheme,and complete the supporting measures for the scheme,the optimized salary management system which will be managed by A Sports Management Center,can solve problems such as getting different payment,the fuzzy concept of ranking at a low position,the weak market competitiveness level,salary levels contradiction between new and old employees.The research process has a certain practical significance for the compensation management of A Sports Management Center.The research of this paper also can provide a certain reference value for salary system designs which are in the same field.At the same time,this paper is a beneficial attempt for the author to apply the theory of compensation management system into practice.
