For a long time,as for the salary system,the provincial prison enterprises in Zhejiang always refer to implement the standards made for public institution;while as for the production and operation management,they are commercialized.It results in the fact that the employees of these prison enterprises enjoy the employee's treatment of public institution,but still belong to the enterprises.With the deepening of the prison system reform,prison enterprise employees have a clear enterprise identity.This historical problem is becoming increasingly obvious.Hence,based on this specificity,find out how to manage the salary problem in Zhejiang provincial prison enterprises is more and more important.The thesis will take company A-a Zhejiang provincial prison enterprise,as a research object.The thesis analyzes the actuality of its employee salary scheme.It holds the view that the salary scheme has a positive effect,however,it obviously exists many defects.So this thesis targeted to Zhejiang A company's staff compensation program to optimize the design.The design have three parts of the content including the composition of the remuneration of the subsidy,performance pay and the post salary model.The thesis puts forward four aspects of safeguard measures to help Zhejiang A company to optimize the design of employee compensation program to have a better implemented.Measures mainly include doing the basic work of staff,standardize the development of pay program procedures,accelerate the construction of information technology and corporate culture and increase capital investment.In this study,we have added new salary items such as academic qualifications,post subsidies and monthly performance pay.This optimization will help to realize the incentive effect of performance pay,and provide reference and useful reference for other enterprises in Zhejiang province prison.At the same time,it also provides the theoretical basis for the unity of salary management decision-making in Zhejiang province.
