In the era of highly competitive and global economic,the development of enterprises mainly depends on human resources."post 90" employees ad the effective strength have been the main force of the workplace.However,Accompany by the information society and rapid-development economy is the declining of loyaly of "post 90" employees.How to manage them has bring trouble to management of enterprise.How to manage them and improve their loyalty has become the focus of academic and business research.This thesis use empirical analysisi method to study the "Post 90" emploees loyalty and the impacts on loyalty of J Internet company,and proposed countermeasures.This thesis take Post 90" emploees as the the object of the research.By reading and analyse the literature about "Post 90" research,this thesis give a brief review of this thesis on domestic and foreign scholars research on "Post 90" employee loyalty.It takes job satisfaction affect employees's loyalty and organizational commitment as theoretical guidance.In this thesis,it summarized personalities by being proceed from the characteristics of "Post 90"employees.They hanve personality like good educational background,thinking active and innovative thinking,pay attention to personal interests,the pursuit of freedom,and they also have characteristics like emotional instability,strong self-awareness,compressive ability,independence is not high,the lack of team spirit.Research on the basis of personality characteristics of "Tost 90" employees,this thesis survey on job satisfaction and loyalty of 133 "Post 90" employees in J company through field interviews and questionnaire survey methods.This thesis research from 7 dimensions and conduct the influencing factors on "Post 90" employees loyalty model,the 7 dimensions as follow:the work satisfaction,salary and welfare,enterprise management system,enterprise image,the leaders,working environment and social environment.This research using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 21.0 to test the reliability and validity,descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis and correlation analysis of individual characteristic variables of the questionnaire and result on the present situations of job satisfaction and loyalty.Analysis the reasons influence employees loyalty from 4 dimensions:personal factors,business factors,work factors and social environmental factors on the basis of data analysis.Finally,the thesis propose strategy to improve "Post 90"employee loyalty of J company by meet the needs of "Post 90" of self realization needs,basic needs,spiritual needs and optimization recruitment and exit mechanism of J company.
