In recent years, researchers focused on the employee loyalty and some correlative concepts such as organizational commitment (OC) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as employee loyalty means a great deal to the organizations. However, few of researchers concerned with the organization's loyalty to the employee, not to mention empirical study. The author originates a new concept"Organizational Loyalty Environment", designs the questionnaire on organizational loyalty environment at the same time. Based on the questionnaire survey of 493 employees, the author identifies the structures of organizational loyalty environment and explores the relations between organizational loyalty environment, organizational identification and employee loyalty. The result indicates that: (1) Organizational loyalty environment consists of three dimensions, which respectively are career environment, benefit environment and rule-following environment; (2) Organizational loyalty environment is positively related to organizational identification; (3) Organizational identification is positively related to employee loyalty; (4) Organizational identification was found to partially mediate the relationship between organizational loyalty environment and employee loyalty. |
