Knowledge workers play a significant role in the development of each industry.They create great wealth for the enterprise and contribute to the innovation of the enterprise.The Internet is a technology-intensive industry,knowledge workers is essential.the post 90's knowledge workers is a new group,since entering the workplace,They have gradually become the backbone of enterprise development.However,far higher than the turnover rate of other industries has been plagued by the Internet business,It is a outstanding problem in the process of health and rapid development of the enterprise.Since the post 90's knowledge workers are "in short supply" in the Internet industry,they have a strong competitive edge in the job market,so they have more opportunities to choose job,and are more likely to switch jobs.This part of the staff turnover is a great loss to the company,not only increase the operating costs of enterprises,but also disrupt the team's cohesion,will lead to a number of the chain reaction,to the organization a heavy price.How to take some measures to reduce the turnover of personnel to ensure the healthy development of enterprises,has become an important issue.Prior to the study of the separation of knowledge workers,some people will be on the perspective of organizational support,proved that the intention to leave their employees have a negative impact.In the course of daily work with the staff is the most contact with their superiors,they are like business agents,members of the business to perceive their support is mostly reflected by the higher authorities.This paper is based on the knowledge workers in the Internet industry as the research object,from the perspective of the sense of support,to explore the sense of support based on the post 90's knowledge workers turnover intention problem.It is hoped that through this study,on the one hand,it will enrich the theoretical research of supervisors and help managers to understand the organizational commitment of the post 90's knowledge workers,so as to take more effective measures to reduce their intention to leave Enterprise development to provide protection.This article mainly includes five parts.Introduction.Introduce the research background,explain the importance of the topic,and further put forward the research methods and frameworks of this paper.Literature Review.And to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the research hypothesis and the formulation of the model,as well as the follow-up empirical evidence,the organization of the commitment,organizational commitment and turnover tendency of the relevant concepts,structural dimensions and research status to sort out and analysis.Research design.The definition of the relevant variables,and put forward their own research assumptions and models.Before the adoption of scholars to revise and verify the number of mature scale,the first small-scale questionnaire pre-test to test the letter of the questionnaire,validity.Formal Questionnaire and Statistical Analysis.After the pre-test to start a formal questionnaire to collect data,using SPSS19.0 on the collection of data processing and analysis.To study the variability of different demographic variables in each variable,and the relationship between the variables.Research conclusions and suggestions.According to the results of empirical research,some targeted management methods are put forward from the point of view of supervising support to reduce the turnover tendency of employees,and the shortcomings of this paper are put forward.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,the sense of support,organizational commitment and turnover tendencies of knowledge workers in the Internet industry showed significant differences in demographic variables(gender,age,education,years of work and marital status).Second,the post 90's knowledge workers of the Internet industry in charge of the sense of departure to produce a significant negative impact.Thirdly,emotional commitment plays a central role in the relationship between executive support and turnover intention,and sustained commitment and normative commitment play a part of the role of intermediary.
