The Watson Wyatt Worldwide shows that the employee's supervisor plays an important role in affecting organizational commitment in the survey of the west. But in Chinese special cultural environment, organizational commitment mainly points the individual, not abstract as a whole. The research of the organizational commitment to supervisor is more valuable in China. We can have the important reference value in recruiting, training employees and selecting and training supervisors. Therefore, it is greatly realistic to study the factors of influencing organizational commitment to supervisor.In the world, the research of organizational commitment to supervisor is just starting. There are not enough researchers, so the results of the research are not abundant; especially the theories frame is also not perfect. The current research mainly concentrates on two aspects: the structure of the organizational commitment to supervisor and the relationship among the organizational commitment to supervisor, organizational commitment, turnover intention, job satisfaction, performance, and organizational citizenship behaviors. However, the factor of influencing the organizational commitment to supervisor is the blank currently. So it is very significant to study the influence factor of the commitment to supervisor and consummate the theories frame.This research wants to find out the factors which affect the organizational commitment to supervisor, and to probe the relationship among organizational commitment to supervisor, performance, turnover intention and job satisfaction. The research can also offer suggestions to enterprises, which can pay attention to the organizational commitment to supervisor and build it.We use various methods of interview, questionnaire survey in the research and select 276 employees in 2 companies as participants. The research analyses the structure of organizational commitment to supervisor, the factor of influencing organizational commitment to supervisor, and the relationship with result variables, through factor variance analysis, relation analysis as well as regression analysis.
