This article research goal is to private enterprises in the organizational commitment,and employee loyalty and organizational performance, discusses the mechanism ofaction between the three, in order to expand the research in the field of organizationalcommitment theory at the same time, the current understanding of the organizationalcommitment of private enterprises, forecasting the level of employee loyalty and theoverall performance, and management practices of private enterprises in China toprovide advice has certain practical value.In this paper, through literature organizational commitment, employee loyalty andorganizational performance related theory, puts forward10research hypothesis andtheoretical model, USES the questionnaire forecast form small samples,87smallsamples of collected data using SPSS18.0statistical software reliability analysis andexploratory factor analysis, the results show that the reliability of the questionnaire inthree subscales and validity is good, can be used in a formal investigation. And thenthrough the formal questionnaire to collect large sample data, collected from privateenterprises to313large sample data using SPSS18.0statistical software has carried onthe descriptive statistical analysis, the questionnaire reliability and validity analysis;And using the large sample data using SPSS18.0statistical software has carried on theanalysis of the reliability of questionnaire, the use of statistical software AMOS17.0conducted a confirmatory factor analysis, analysis results show that the questionnairemethod.it is very good; Using SPSS18.0statistical software to analyze the relationshipbetween the three variables and regression analysis.The data analysis results show that the organizational commitment to employees ofprivate enterprises loyalty and organizational performance, employee loyalty hassignificantly positive effect on organizational performance; Organizational commitmentin the three dimensions of organizational performance has a positive effect, includingthe role of normative commitment, the most obvious emotional commitment,continuous commitment to the organization performance effect is not obvious;Organizational commitment of the three dimensions at the same time, the emotionalcommitment has significant positive effect to employee loyalty, normative commitmentand positive effect was not significant, sustained commitment has a no significantnegative impact; In addition, the results show that loyal employees in private enterprises play an intermediary role between organizational commitment and organizationalperformance.Finally, this article in analyzes the results of regression model at the same time,optimization for the private enterprise human resources management, maintainsustained competitiveness within the enterprise provides the theoretical basis andpractical direction; In addition, for future research work is discussed in this paper.
