Study On The Development Of Marine Agriculture In Qinhuangdao City

In 1984 Qinhuangdao is one of the 14 coastal cities of open economy.It is equipped with advantageous geographical location,suitable climatic conditions and convenient transportation.The coastline is 162.7 miles.The local fishermen have good experience in fishing.With the development of advancing ocean strong power and promoting ocean technology,mariculture industry has developed in a good condition.But generally speaking,compared with the developed areas,marine agriculture in Qinhuangdao still faces the problems of weak foundation,lack of projects,backward technology and low output value,therefore,this paper attempts to identify the development direction and sustainable development strategy of Qinhuangdao's marine agriculture through theoretical and empirical researches to achieve the scientific and rapid development of marine economy.Based on scientific studies on marine agriculture,this paper summarizes the research results,compares and analyzes the research status on the development of marine agriculture home and abroad.This paper analyzes the development status of marine agriculture in Qinhuangdao by conducting data analysis,SWOT analysis of the development of marine agriculture in Qinhuangdao and summarizing the results of the development of marine agriculture in Qinhuangdao.This paper summarizes the problems in Qinhuangdao's marine agriculture development,including backward ideology,weak policy support,single industrial structure,diversified lag in management,inadequate monitoring and evaluation,weak product competition,insufficient funding,lack of scientific research personnel,deteriorated aquaculture environment and lack of agricultural projects.According to the problems existing in the development of marine agriculture in Qinhuangdao,this paper puts forwards some corresponding measures,which mainly includes changing people's perception to strengthen their marine consciousness;adjusting the industrial structure by diversifying business with monitoring platforms to achieve standard production;increasing the input of funds tocreate a team of science and technology and developing agricultural projects to improve the production environment.The purpose of the paper is offering theory evidence about marine agriculture and feasible study to make contributions to regional economies in Qinhuangdao.
