Marine aquaculture in China has experienced five wave which is the algae farming, shrimp farming, shellfish farming, fish farming, sea cucumber farming. This paper will study the present situation, periodicity, influence factors of the marine aquaculture, shrimp aquaculture, fish farming industry. And study the cyclical and intrinsic motivation of marine aquaculture.Based on the study of marine aquaculture, prawn aquaculture and fish farming, They have gone through periods of start, development, prosperity and decline. And now they are in the stage of the decline. So we need to analyze the influence factors of its development. The influence factors of development is complex. Key factors mainly include: markets, governments, capital, technology, price, preference etc. This article analyze the influence factors mainly from the international market, the government investment, the capital investment.According to the result of cointegration analysis and the contribution rate of factors,In the development of aquaculture, market is the most important factor. But from the perspective of the analysis of Grey correlation degree, in the early stages of the development of aquaculture industry, government support is important. Which may explain why marine aquaculture happened five breeding wave, the government led industrial transfer.
