At present,some of our traditional enterprises still maintained the original extensive supply structure, deeply caught in the inherent lack of innovation and the external market cut off, and is often accompanied by lots of social responsibility crisis, such as environmental pollution, poor product quality, labor intensification and so on. Our prime minister, Li Keqiang, put forward that new industry has huge potential, and emphasized repeatedly that we should develop Internet plan of action, in order to promote more enterprises innovate their business model relying on big data. With the development of the Internet and the continuous advance of global integration, innovation paths and innovation space enterprises have are greatly enriched. Relying on the platform economy,a group of business model innovation enterprises came into being,and they focused on strengthening the core competitiveness and building value network. Completely different from the industrial economy era "to be set for" business model, they focus on customer diversification and personalized demand, make the construction of value network of stakeholders as possible many involved, and put more emphasis on the concept of cooperation and achieve win-win expectations of stakeholders.Academic circles at home and abroad focus on the research on the relationship between business model innovation and financial performance, but did not receive due attention about the relationship between business model innovation and corporate social responsibility, sporadic literature of the two are briefly described. This article regards the value creation as the breakthrough point, to study the mechanism of influence on corporate social responsibility to fulfill, to search for the real influence factor of corporate social responsibility, in order to redeclare "capital does not influence corporate social responsibility" and "the business model does influence corporate social responsibility".In this paper, based on the predecessors' research, business model innovation can be divided into internal dimension of value creation and external dimension of value creation,and the paper will explore the impact on corporate social responsibility paths from inside and outside, and search for financial performance in the mediation between the two transmission mechanism. The paper will select public companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen main board listed companies from 2010 to 2014 as the research object,uses the factor analysis method to inspect business model innovation evaluation index,and uses stepwise regression method and the Bootstrap method to verify the proposed six assumptions. The paper finally concludes that financial performance in business model innovation and corporate social responsibility plays an intermediary role. The direct effect of internal dimension of value creation and corporate social responsibility is not significant, while the indirect effect significantly. The direct effect and indirect effect of the external dimension of value creation and corporate social responsibility of were significant. Empirical results is in accord with theoretical analysis. The paper further deepens the study of the business model innovation and the theory of the corporate social responsibility, and provides a new angle for the field of organizational behavior and corporate governance.
