Internet finance has been an important concern of the two conferences since its development in 2003.It has appeared in government work reports many times.The essence of internet finance is finance,which serves the real economy and has the responsibility of optimizing the allocation of financial assets.The Internet has the characteristics of rapid spread,wide range and high frequency.Therefore,since the day of its emergence,Internet finance has been given the responsibility of inclusive finance.It is committed to serving small and micro enterprises and the masses,and it is not popular for traditional finance.The people provide financial products and services.Although the Internet financial products are very innovative,they have a lot of negative information in the process of providing services to different stakeholders.For example,the P2 P platform runs out of the way.The violent thunder continues,and the problems of the head Internet financial platform are frequent.To some extent,these problems are caused by the shallow understanding of the fulfillment of social responsibility by Internet finance companies.Based on the above background,this paper selects the Internet.The head enterprise Ant financial services group in financial enterprises is the research object,and the specific measures and model innovations of social responsibility are studied.Finally,relevant conclusions and suggestions are drawn,which provides some reference for other Internet financial enterprises to carry out social responsibilities.The article first introduces the background of financial enterprise social responsibility,and finds that the awareness of social responsibility of Internet finance companies is relatively low.At the same time,after introducing the social responsibility practices of ant financial services group on shareholders,consumers,employees,industry,government,environment and public welfare,the motivation of ant financial services group to undertake social responsibility is analyzed based on the theory of stakeholders.The status of ant financial services group social Responsibility found that it carried out model innovation when fulfilling social responsibility,that is,it evolved from a simple donation model to a rural financial poverty alleviation model,and finally transformed into a social responsibility model of value creation.In the process of mode change,the stakeholder participation of ant financial services group increased,the interaction became stronger,the creativity gradually deepened and thesustainability of social responsibility increased.Finally,the signal theory analysis found that ant financial services group passed the society.The fulfillment of responsibilities has improved their reputation and competitiveness.In the process of sorting out the analysis of ant financial services group's fulfillment of social responsibility,this paper finds that there are problems such as non-compliance,incomplete information disclosure and user information disclosure,and proposes that financial institutions should strengthen government supervision and raise awareness of social responsibility disclosure;Self-inspection and accountability;timely take user safety protection measures.In addition,for the model innovation of ant financial services group,the implementation of internet finance company social responsibility should be combined with the business model,and strengthen the interaction with consumers,while improving the ability of technological innovation.
