The Empirical Research Of The Impact Of Supply Chain Integration To Enterprise Performance

With the globalization of economic development,competition is becoming fierce increasingly,innovative management ideas and quick update of information technology and various industries are seeking more adaptable to the current environment of survival way in order to improve their competitiveness.Supply chain arises at the historic moment.The competition among enterprises has been converted into the competition.Competition between supply chain and supply chain instated of that between enterprises.Supply chain integration got attention by businesses in a wide range of industries,becoming an effective strategy to improve performance and market competitiveness of enterprises and the way.Tungsten processing industry in China,therefore,as a traditional manufacturing also should comply with The Times,improve and strengthen the supply chain integration to promote enterprise performance has increaseed,in order to get more benefits and better development.This paper was conducted on the background of Chinese tungsten industry.First of all,through the literature review,understanding and summarizing the theoretical knowledge of supply chain integration and enterprise performance and the latestresearch situation,to lay a theoretical basis for the research.Secondly,through a large number of literature study,consulting experts in tungsten field,which determined the supplier integration and internal integration,customer integration,operating performance and financial performance of the corresponding observed variables.Then,it was observed variables into a questionnaire,issued to tungsten industry related businesses across the country,the conditions for using the liker scale to the scale.Finally,after recycling questionnaire,confirmatory factor analysis was carried out on the valid questionnaires and the difference between validity test,using structural equation dealing with data,by the path analysis and conclusion of goodness-of-fit test,and the result matched to the enterprise actual operation,Suggestions and countermeasures for the enterprise were put forward.
