China’s tungsten resources has absolute advantage in the world, its output of smelting products production, reserves is top. Because of people’s Lack of awareness of protection of resources and unreasonable division of labor in tungsten industry, it result in blind and excessive exploiation of tungsten resources in China, productivity of primary smelting products is a serious surplus, the situation of environmental protection is grim, market share of high value-added tungsten products is relatively low. Known as the "world tungsten", tungsten resources reserves is abundant in Ganzhou. After years of development, Ganzhou tungsten industry has a solid industrial foundation, gathered a group of strong tungsten processing enterprise,cultivate a lot of innovation talents in science and technology.By extending industry chain of tungsten industry, the industry layout gradually become perfect.Tungsten industry is the important pillar of economic development of Ganzhou, but its development process is extensive, and excessive consumption of resources.At the same time, economic efficiency is not good, relatively competitiveness is not strong in the development. In order to make ganzhou tungsten industry activate and strong,and build a ganzhou tungsten industry regional business card, integration of tungsten industry chain to Ganzhou is necessary.At first, based on the industrial chain integration theories, the theory of industrial organization, transaction cost, the enterprise competence, industry chain modularity is briefly described. The article summary the industrial chain integration modes, and the essence and function of the integration of industry chain are introduced; Then, this paper gives tungsten industrial chain model, and the link of structure is discussed, at the same time, this paper analyzes the present situation of development of Ganzhou tungsten industry chain from home and abroad; Thirdly, Considered the practical situation of Ganzhou tungsten industry,through research to mining index of the tungsten resource, enterprise the primary smelting products, intermediate products to the deep processing product mainly basec on cemented carbide, this paper gives the present situation analysis of Ganzhou tungsten industry. And the SWOT analyzing method has been used to study the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Ganzhou tungsten industry chain.Finally, the basic strategy of Ganzhou tungsten industry chain integration, namely ownership structure integration, strategic alliances integration, industrial cluster integration, modularity integration, information integration, spatial arrangement integration,and combining the Ganzhou practical situation, the article put forward concrete measures and proposals integration.At the same time,about the roles of government and Industry Association, concept of China tungsten reserve center,and organization desigen of industry integration,the papaer put forward my own views.Based on the methods of literature research, generalization research, case study, qualitative and quantitative research, by learning and mastering the industry chain theory, analyzing on macro environment of domestic and overseas tungsten industry present situation from macro facets, finally combining with the current state of Ganzhou tungsten industry development, the author gives feasible integration scheme of industry chain. The most prominent feature of the paper is a wide range of theoretical knowledge and the specific measures to solve problems given out in this paper.
