With the continuous development of China's economy,the competition between enterprises is increasing,how to strengthen the internal management of enterprises to enhance their competitive strength is particularly important.Because the firm belongs to the enterprise knowledge oriented,which is mainly dependent on the professional knowledge and ability of employees,so the firm's internal management is the management of people,firm competition is mainly the competition.Many of the current accounting firms are facing the problem of brain drain,which often requires firms by improving its human resources management to ensure the personnel effectively absorb,cultivate and hold,so as to improve the competitiveness of the accounting firm and maintain its long-term development.In this paper,the research object is ABC accounting firm,in recent years,the brain drain has become more and more serious,so how to control the brain drain is the primary problem facing the accounting firm.Based on the demand level theory,double factor theory and expectation theory,through literature analysis,questionnaire survey method and case analysis case of brain drain ABC accounting firms are analyzed,the reasons for the staff turnover: salary and welfare system,performance evaluation system is not reasonable,staff training system and planning system of occupation the shortage and to improve working environment and atmosphere.At last this paper put forward the accounting firm and the corresponding solutions to solve the problem of brain drain,namely: the implementation of differentiated salary and welfare system,optimize the performance evaluation and promotion mechanism,strengthen the training and education of employees,to create a good working environment,to create a firm culture.I hope that this study can provide help to the accounting firm governance of talent loss problems,promote the improvement of soft strength,and human resource management of other accounting firms play a certain degree of reference.
