Weifang City's Precision Poverty Alleviation Problems And Countermeasures Research

Poverty is a common global problem.No matter how the country's economic and social development,what about the material,how is the standard of living,there will always be many people in poverty for various reasons.Precise poverty alleviation is one of the important strategic thinking of poverty alleviation in China in the new period.It is an important guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the great "Chinese dream" of the Chinese nation.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),poverty alleviation and development has been incorporated into the "four comprehensive" strategic layout as an important part of building a well-off society in an all-round way.China's full implementation of precision poverty alleviation,precision out of poverty,to ensure that all poor villages and poor people out of poverty in 2020.The problem of precision poverty alleviation in rural poor areas in eastern developed provinces need more attention.Weifang has made some achievements in poverty alleviation in recent years.However,there are still some problems in precision identification,precision help and precision management.Precise poverty alleviation is challenged in the process of implementation.Based on the case study,the literature research and the comparative research method,this paper focuses on the analysis of the problems in the process of precision poverty alleviation in Weifang,and puts forward the process of promoting poverty alleviation work which is suitable for the characteristics of Weifang and conforms to the law of economic and social development Of the countermeasures.This paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 clarifies the background and significance of this paper,the current situation of research at home and abroad,research content and methods,research ideas and innovation.Chapter 2 elaborates some basic concepts about precision poverty alleviation,as well as the scientific theoretical system,including social equity theory,social capital theory and rent-seeking theory,and laid the foundation for the later research.Chapter 3 mainly plays a connection role,which analyzing the practice and realization of precision poverty alleviation in Weifang in detail.Chapter 4 is based on the current situation of poverty alleviation work in Weifang,and analyze the existing problems.Chapter 5 looks at the status quo of poverty alleviation at home and abroad,summed up the experience of Weifang,the practice of reference.Chapter 6 on the basis of the full text,summed up the promotion of Weifang,the basic idea of poverty alleviation and countermeasures and suggestions.This paper can further enrich the study of government governance.The essential meaning of poverty alleviation work is to help poor groups get out of poverty through external support.China is arduous in the work of poverty alleviation,through the government's leadership and efforts to help poor groups get rid of poverty,testing the government's governance capacity.This paper use the relevant governance theory to study how to make the poverty alleviation policy combined with the actual situation and further improve the efficiency of the government's precision poverty alleviation,and can help the local government to make useful exploration in fulfilling its duties and changing the functions.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),precision poverty alleviation has become a hot topic in emerging countries.It is a relatively new research perspective to solve and enhance the problem of precision poverty alleviation.In recent years,especially since the "thirteenth five",the party and the state attach great importance to precision poverty alleviation work,pay close attention to the process of precision poverty alleviation,the urgent need for accurate poverty alleviation research literature,to carry out the work to give a strong theoretical support.This paper discusses the current situation of poverty alleviation in Weifang,and studies and analyzes the existing problems.On this basis,it puts forward the direction and way to solve the problem,and also has some innovative significance.
