The Study Of Problems And Social Interventions Of Occupational Stress Based On The Publicity Of Chengdu Subway Drivers

Along with the accelerating urbanization process, urban rail transit, as an important constituent of reduce the pressure the urban traffic, also has entered the period of rapid development. Subway, as an independent of the rail transit system, has become the most effective way to ease and unblock the heavy traffic in big cities, by its advantages like high-speed,vast capacity, high satisfactory, low energy consumption, and unaffected by the congestion while it's running. In recent years,however, casualties and social property loss occurred due to the occupational stress of professional population. Subway driver is a special kind of professional people, and it is an important line of traffic safety. They take responsibilities of passengers' life and property. Safe driving will be directly related to the life and property of the country,and the harmony and stability of society. The safety of subway drivers, therefore, is more and more concerned and highly valued by the whole society.This thesis is different from other related issues researches of subway driver driving safety, it takes subway driver professional publicity as there search background, takes realted factors of occupational stress as there search beginning, and researches the Chengdu subway drivers, which is in a key stage of speeding in to net.By on-site investigations, assessments and interviews, it studies their occupational stress level and the reasons, and discusses the deep reasons of occupational stress,combining there levant theories of public management, then, analysises the social intervention need based on the subway driver publicity, and explores the effective intervention used by public sectors. It makes up for the deficiency of the existing research on a certain extent, and provides certain theoretical foundation and scientific basis for making corresponding policies in the future. The main works of this thesis contains:Designing of the behavior alevent interview outline and designing and chosing of measurement of the occupational stress scale. By consulting a large number of data,analyzing methods and technical means of occupational stress evaluated both at home and abroad, and combining with the characteristics of study object, and I chose the most fitting method for the actual situation of subway industry in China, and designed assessment scale according to the relevant index system.Obtain the first-hand information by field investigation. Investigating and interviewing Chengdu subway driver in their workplace.Use there lated theory and the analyzed the execution and results of interviews and assessments. After evaluating of 305 Chengdu subway drivers and sampling interviewing 18 subway drivers, I dealed with the data and information collected, and analyzed results deeply.Combining with public management theory and there sults of investigation and analysis,this thesis provides conclusions and recommendations can be promoted or referenced. It explores the solutions and advices social intervention store ducing the occupational stress of subway drivers.
