Along with the quick change of the social system and the continuous sharpening of competitions, the problem of employee' s occupational stress is increasingly outstanding. And the excessive stress can result in injure very greatly to the worker, also will produce the negative influence to the organization, so the occupational stress management is paid more and more attention to. Basing on the basic theories of the sociology, psychology, management science, with the stress management' s theories and studies method, absorbing the study achievement of science of organizational behavior, HR management, psychological counseling and treatment, this thesis study the organization occupational stress management.The main contents and creative places of the thesis are as follows:Firstly, study on the definition and the hierarchical structure of the occupational stress. This thesis aims to present a quite different definition for occupational stress through the study on individual feeling of occupational stress in terms of stresses resulting from needs affected by stressors,on basis of which hierarchical structure of basic occupational stress is introduced. It includes five hierarchies from low ones to high ones, i.e. stresses of survival, fatigue, inter-person, esteem and self-actualization, which provide a simple and explicit framework for the study on occupational stress.Secondly, study on the source and the result of the occupational stress. Combining the actual circumstance of the Chinese organization, analyze the source of the stress. For example, the change of the economy, culture and technique is regarded as the source of the stress. Put forward the viewpoint that the source of the stress includes the inappropriate way of strengthening, the unfair feeling of the employees. At the same time, some personal characteristics, such as bad management of time, lacking self-confidence facing the difficulty, are brought into the stress of source. On the foundation of Robbins' stress theories model, combining the characteristics of the Chinese occupational stress source, built up the occupational stress function mechanism model.Thirdly, Combining the example, study the strategy of the stress management. Drawing lessons from the foreign research, combining the characteristics of the Chinese organization occupational stress source, build up and perfect the three level stress management model. Provide the comprehensive and systemic stress management strategy for the organization, and carry out the demonstration research in a graduate school. In the aspects of removing the stress source in an organization, carry on researches to some strategies, such as the reasonable arrangementof the operating load, unemployed stress management, employee career development, etc. Utilize some method of the stress management in science of organizational behavior , such as the way of using power, the method of handling conflict, the procedure of realizing equity, the right way of punishment, and emphasize these strategies are in accordance with the target of management. Settling the personal stress of employee, lead the methods of the psychological counseling and treatment into the strategy of the stress management, such as dispersing the attention, overcoming the sleep disorder, the cognitive therapy, the integral therapy etc..
