In 2015, "Internet +" has rose to China’s national strategy.Combined with all walks of life, the Internet created quite a lot formats such as Internet finance, Internet education, Internet health care, etc. It is upgrading traditional industries, and bringing out new growth point.Under the background of "Internet +",the Internet giant companies,devices providers, and mobile carriers began to explore development model in a "Internet way".The mobile carriers is now in a critical period of reforming and developing, the competition between telecom enterprises tends to be homogenized, there is no more obvious differences in terms of network technology under the new 4G era, but the brand effect and channel management become the key point. What all the telecom enterprises must face, is how to change strategy, innovate and transform in channel strategy. By researching marketing channels and system of mobile carriers’channel, combining research achievement of adaptability model,the paper will make further analysis on factors which have impact on adaptability of mobile carrier’s channel.Based on literature review and theoretical elaboration of mobile carriers’ channel, combined with the trend of "Cost reduce, efficiency increase" and the era background of "Internet +",the paper will make deep analysis and empirical research on this field. By the analysis of theory and practice, the paper will sort out key factors which have profound impact on channel of mobile carrier, clarify which resources and capabilities is needed to make adaptive adjustments in telecom enterprise. Then, we will establish the adaptability model of mobile carriers’ channel, which is mainly used to evaluate how environment of"Internet +"impact mobile carriers’ channel. Finally, we will take X Mobile as an example, we will evaluate the adaptability model by collecting and analyzing practical data and current situation. Through establishing, testing and evaluating the model, we try to provide verification basis to telecom enterprises to promote adaptive management and development.
