The development of telecom operators is still in an important period of strategic opportunities. Mobile Internet and 4G era has arrived, telecom operators are speeding up the transformation from the service function to the sales function, and make great efforts to develop electronic channels, so as to push forward the strategic transformation and the sustained and healthy development. Electronic channels good user experience and Internet operation support ability is the telecom operators comply with mobile Internet development trend, the successful implementation of one of the key ability of transformation. Therefore, exploring the operators in the mobile Internet era, how to continuously improve the telecommunication operator of electronic channels in customer satisfaction and user experience level, promote the electronic channel service ability and the ability to sell the Internet is an important research topic.In this paper, combined with the traditional study theory, to electronic channels development strategy as the research object, the main use of cross analysis and investigation analysis method, attempts to construct a set of user centric Internet electronic channels of operation support system. One aspect is to enhance the user experience and operation ability of electronic channels. With the development of mobile Internet, prompting the telecom operators to launch a new round of to business, customer operation integration as the core of Internet new operation mode. At the same time as the adaptation operation ability of Internet transition, telecom operators need to explore the customer experience as the center of the electronic channel product, service, marketing, operations management and other aspects to strengthen the construction of content. On the other hand is the electronic channel supporting system of Internet ability. Mobile Internet environment, telecom operators in the original localization operation mode gradually accelerated evolution to Internet operation mode, with business experience and customer management as the core, the formation and the Internet are "Online to Offline" channel is the key to the transformation of business operation support system to the Internet business model. Therefore, this paper discusses how to make full use of electronic channels supporting system of cloud computing, large data such as a new generation of technology, transformation into a digital era of mobile Internet services and service enablers.The era of mobile Internet, telecom operators must establish a user experience of operation management system of electronic channels as the center, needs in product development and design, user experience evaluation, user experience Optimization and upgrading to establish the whole process of closed loop management mechanism to the user as the center. At the same time, the mobile Internet era, the traditional enterprise services and marketing transformation, we must build the Internet operation support ability, especially telecommunications operators to meet the competitive situation of Internet channel transformation, take the customer as the center of the Internet is the route one must take the electronic channel.Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis, combing the Jiangxi mobile existing in the current electronic channels in the operation system problems, put forward solutions and ideas. Combined with current situation in Jiangxi mobile electronic channels, Internet support capacity building as a practice, expand the electronic channel service and marketing support ability.
