Under the influence of the business model of the Internet,the channels of telecom operators are facing more and more crises.The decline of the flow of people entering stores has led to the decline of the profits of traditional business(recharge,release,terminal).Therefore,the "integrated operation online and offline" is undoubtedly the breakthrough of the channel transformation of operators.Operators also need to introduce Internet thinking and precise marketing into physical channels.Through the online dissemination of experience,offline delivery mode of two-way linkage,and actively carry out cross-border strategic cooperation,reduce marketing costs,improve service quality and channel profits.G telecom operators have been seriously impacted in their development.This impact not only comes from the mismatch between the traditional business model and the development of modern society,but also reflects that the channel transformation of operators in the same industry has brought tremendous pressure to G Telecom operators.In view of this,this paper takes G telecom operators as an example,uses the method of qualitative analysis and case analysis to study the constraints,basic problems and Countermeasures of channel transformation.In this paper,qualitative research and case study are combined to study the following contents.Firstly,the development of operators and channel transformation analysis in the Internet era.The purpose of this study is to provide feasible experience and basis for the channel transformation of G operators.Secondly,the operation of G operator is introduced and analyzed.Finally,G operator channel transformation strategy design and implementation.Based on the analysis of the basic development of G operators,this paper designs the channel transformation strategy of G operators.The purpose is to provide theoretical support for G operator channel transformation.This paper draws the following conclusions through the research: First,the telecommunications industry gradually combines with modern mobile Internet technology in channel.Telecom industry adopts mobile Internet technology in marketing,such as setting up mobile APP,We chat information push and other multiple ways,that is,online and offline full channel mode.Secondly,the design of corporate channel transformation needs specific internal and external environment as the basis.Corporate channel transformation is an important measure to promote the development of the company.However,the formulation of corporate channel transformation is not arbitrary,it has its inherent formulation process.Finally,the development core of the channel transformation of telecom operators is talents.Network communication and intelligent terminals are subordinate to high-tech industries.They need advanced technology and high-level talents as support. |
